Return Policy


We hope that you love our products as much as we do, but we understand that sometimes things happen. If you’re not satisfied with your Asnowha purchase, you can return your order to get a refund within 30 days of purchase. Our 30 day money-back guarantee ensures that you can try our products risk-free. Any issues after day 30 and you can send it back to us to repair.

Please note that we cannot issue refunds past 30 days. BUT… if you have any rips, breaks, or tears you can send your product back to us and we will repair it for free!

If you need to return a product:

  1. Please contact our customer support team at 636-344-0498 or at info@asnowha.com  so they can assist you and provide you with a shipping label to return the product(s) that you wish to return.
  2. Gather all items you wish to return in a shipping box or envelope. Print out the shipping label and tape it on the outside of your box or envelope. 
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  4. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet,

  1. First, please check your bank account again.
  2. Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be eligible for a full refund. Unopened sale items qualify for a partial refund or store credit if returned within 30 days. If sale items have been opened, you will be eligible to receive store credit if returned within 30 days.


We are able to replace items if they are damaged during transit, or if the size doesn’t quite fit right. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@asnowha.com.

Asnowha reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements. In no event will any replacement or refund constitute an admission of any kind by Asnowha. We reserve the right to fully investigate claims that we believe may be unfounded or fraudulent.
